Ignoring advice from Jordan, the F2s follow their own course of treatment, with disastrous results. And things go from bad to worse when the patient then goes missing. The F2s hide their panic, but are individually distraught; have they really messed up this time?

Meanwhile, paramedic Polly receives some disturbing news about Alistair, which she responds to calmly. But what is affecting Polly's normally sunny disposition, and why is she behaving so strangely around certain patients?
