After a summer of bitter arguments over healthcare reform, President Obama needs to take back control of the debate. He's hoping to do that with a major speech before Congress later this week.

In an attempt to regain control of the debate about healthcare in the United States President Obama will take the unusual step of addressing a joint session of Congress on Wednesday. The argument over healthcare reform got very heated over the summer - now that the politicians are all back in Washington, will Barack Obama be able to drive through the changes he'd planned?
