Japan's ruling party is trailing in the polls in the run up to elections this Sunday. But how much real change would the opposition push for, if they win the vote.
Japan could have a new government soon if the ruling party is defeated in this weekend's elections. Opinion polls suggest it is a long way behind the opposition, which blames the government for its handling of the recent recession. Duncan Bartlett examines why the government has become so unpopular and asks how the opposition intends to change Japan.
