Last week, the Nigerian government released a militant leader as part of a new policy to deal with unrest in the country's oil producing heartland. In response the main militant group announced a 60 day ceasefire. So is peace coming to the Niger delta? Our former Nigeria correspondent, Alex Last has his doubts.
