Bosnia's Future

Is Bosnia ready to run its own affairs? Since the end of its civil war an international 'High Representative' has been in charge, but there's pressure to close that post by the end of this year.

If Bosnia were allowed to run its own affairs, is there any guarantee that it wouldn't return to war? Ever since the civil war ended in 1995 an internationally appointed 'High Representative' has held executive authority in Bosnia. But now there's pressure to close the post and give the country complete self-rule. From Sarajevo Paul Moss reports:
