Britain used to known as the workshop of the world - but where now is best place on the planet for manufacturers? And what are the technologies that are transforming their factorie
Modern manufacturing is at a crossroads. China, which for so long has been the workshop of the world, is no longer as cheap or as convenient as it once was. So big companies are now looking to new technologies and new locations for their factories.
