Clive learns the secrets of the perfect Cuban cocktail, masters Jamaican jerk cooking and heads out to land the perfect catch in the crystal blue waters of Barbados.

Clive is in the mood for food. He heads towards Jamaica’s Blue Mountains to learn the secrets of jerk cooking, and just outside Kingston, he rustles up a classic stout punch.

In Barbados, he lands some enormous fish for an evening cookout, while in the Dominican Republic, he samples some delicious carnival food, before heading for Havana to discover bartender tricks for the perfect Cuban cocktail.
