As it's the 20th anniversary of the release of Pow! by Lethal Bizzle, we thought we'd give you the real grime from 2004. Whilst Pow! had some commercial success, the underground was where most of the scene remained. Aside from a few club nights, radio (both legal and pirate) was the only way you could hear this music. This is grime as it originally was, from bedroom beats to radio sets. This playlist features music from the producers and the crews that pioneered what would become a global movement. Featuring music from the Nasty Crew, Ruff Sqwad, Plasticman aka Plastician, Shystie, Lethal Bizzle and the More Fire Crew.
