Outspoken Popstars
It's the popstars who have been outspoken on issues, whether it’s Billie Eilish on mental health, humanitarian activism from Sting or a Swift bit of political support.
This week in 1969, Joni Mitchell threw back the curtains in her Hawaii hotel expecting to see the beautiful vista. Instead she saw a car park which inspired her to write Big Yellow Taxi. Tonight we want to hear about the popstars who have been outspoken on issues, whether it’s Billie Eilish highlighting mental health, humanitarian activists like Sting or Taylor nailing her colors in the US election.
