Holly asks if car insurance premiums are a postcode lottery, and is baffled by the cost of fizzy drinks.

Holly meets Jeanie, who contacted the programme when her car insurance more than trebled following her house move. Jeanie simply wanted to know why it had gone up so much & Holly discovers some of it is due to something called β€œArea 24”.

The team goes on a pub crawl…sort of…after Holly spots a tweet saying a fizzy drink cost Β£4.30.

It’s always worth keeping an eye on your energy bills and Raymond Gormley from the Consumer Council explains that it’s good to have some credit on your account at this time of year, but how much is too much and what are the energy suppliers doing with that money? Meanwhile, listener Julie needs some help getting her credit returned after she moved supplier.

And the conclusion of our bargain supermarket price comparisons – are they actually saving you money?
