In the colosseum, Bellamy is attacked by Dellinger, who is under orders from Doflamingo to kill him. Bartolomeo comes to his rescue, and Dellinger receives a new order to go to help protect the factory. As Bartolomeo is helping Bellamy get to the infirmary, they run into Luffy, who asks Bellamy if he knows a way out of the colosseum. Bellamy, who refuses to openly betray Doflamingo, tells Luffy that if he follows him, he might 鈥渁ccidentally鈥� find himself outside the colosseum. Bartolomeo then assures Luffy that he鈥檒l win the tournament and give the Flame-Flame Fruit to him, which had been his intent from the beginning. Then a mystery man shows up and claims that he is the one who鈥檒l take the Flame-Flame Fruit and carry on Ace鈥檚 will. Luffy, who is overjoyed when he realizes the man鈥檚 identity, hurries with Zoro and Kin鈥檈mon to rescue Law and help his friends.
