Linda MacLeod and Carrie MacNeil present some of the winners from the second day of coverage of the Children’s Mod in Oban. This is the day when the spotlight is on young fluent Gaelic speakers. The programme features the successful performers who won a range of gold badges, cups and trophies for various competitions including solo singing and choral singing and poetry recitation of the highest calibre. The programme will also feature the winners of the prestigious An Comunn Gàidhealach Traditional Silver Medals.
