As Jinbe, Luffy, and the other Straw Hats listen to Hody鈥檚 broadcast in the Sea Forest, Hody announces that he is the new ruler of Fishman Island and that Neptune will be executed in three hours. He also says he will kill every citizen who signed Otohime鈥檚 petition and shows an image of the captured Zoro, Brook, and Usopp, who he plans to drown to death. As Luffy is about to take off for Ryugu Palace to confront Hody, Jinbe stops him and says the fight shouldn鈥檛 be fought by humans. Luffy refuses to listen, and Jinbe is determined to stop him even if he has to use force.
