In the Sea Forest, Jinbe and Hachi explain the history of fishmen and humans and how they once belonged to the Sun Pirates headed by fishman hero Fisher Tiger, who freed the fishman slaves from Mariejois. Jinbe explains that Fisher Tiger and Queen Otohime were the two people who stood up to make the world a better place for fishmen although their methods were completely different.
