As Luffy and Shirahoshi head toward the Sea Forest, Hody, Vander Decken, and the New Fishman Pirates head to Ryugu Palace. In the palace, Neptune accuses the Straw Hats of kidnapping Shirahoshi. Zoro and the others fight the human pirates that were sent there by Decken, but one of them manages to open the passageway that connects the palace and Fishman Island. Hody and the others show up in the palace and are surprised to find Neptune and his soldiers already restrained. Neptune now accuses Decken of kidnapping Shirahoshi, and the shocked Decken leaves the palace and uses his Mark Mark power on a coral to make it take him to Shirahoshi.
