Luffy, Usopp, Chopper, and Keimi go into town and manage to find a blood donor for Sanji. For the blood transfusion, they borrow a room from Shyarly, Mermaid Café’s owner and Keimi’s boss, a fortuneteller who predicted the Marineford war and Whitebeard’s death. Then they run into Pappug and Brook, and Pappug invites them over to his house in an exclusive neighborhood on the island. On their way, they learn that the pirate they encountered on the way to Fishman Island was Vender Decken IX, the ancestor of the legendary Vander Decken who lived centuries ago. Vander Decken IX is wanted for threatening the Mermaid Princess with marriage proposals. Meanwhile, Shyarly has a prophecy that Fishman Island will be destroyed by the human wearing a straw hat.
