One day, Garp visits Dadan鈥檚 house and gives the boys a tough workout, denouncing their dream of becoming pirates. The boys decide that the only way to escape his scrutiny is to run away from Dadan鈥檚 house. They search for material in the Gray Terminal and build a secret base on top of a tree. Despite herself, Dadan is worried and orders her men to go search for them. When they finally find them after two weeks, Dadan secretly goes to check up on them while they鈥檙e asleep.
