Katie has just moved out to the suburbs with her husband Patrick. She misses London, her friends, her life, and feels isolated and a little lonely. She finds solace in Andrew, her neighbour, who she develops feelings for 鈥� 鈥淎ndrew loves Labradors, is obsessed with the sound of the rain, musicals and Jean-Claude Van Damme films鈥�are you kidding me?! It鈥檚 like someone made a male version of me鈥︹��

When Andrew dies, Katie spirals. She鈥檚 unable to process her grief, which leads her to believe that a stray dog who turns up on their doorstep is the reincarnation of Andrew.

The Cullen Brothers are a pair of award-winning writers from Bristol. The worlds and stories they create often blend genres, featuring hyper-real dialogue and characters that an audience can root for. The brothers wrote the R4 series 鈥楾he Attendant鈥� starring Will Merrick, Patricia Allison and Kenneth Collard which was based on their internationally acclaimed short film of the same name and starred Isy Suttie and Robert James-Collier.
