In the penultimate episode the judges have to choose between a rental property given a bold makeover, a new build bungalow where construction was a real family affair and an artist’s colourful home in County Down.

Expert judges Jane, James and Patricia are searching for a home which the owners have truly poured their heart and soul into creating. Which will they decide deserves the last place in the House of the Year final?
