Pappag explains that there are kidnapping gangs that are involved in the human trade market and that the Macro Pirates have been coming after Keimy over and over again. Now they are using Hatchin to lure Keimy, and they even have formed an alliance with the powerful Flying Fish Riders whose boss, the mysterious Duval, seems to have been waiting for the Straw Hats to get revenge from something they did to him in the past.
