Paddy McGuinness is live from Salford as he begins to prepare for his Ultra Endurance Cycle Challenge for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Children in Need. Also, Chris Harris stops by for a catch up and chats to Paddy about their new TV show 'Paddy and Chris: Road Tripping as they go on a mission to explore the secrets to living a long and full life.
