Each year, between 700 and 800 people die by suicide in Scotland, with 75% of those being men. There is clearly still stigma surrounding suicide and people need to be able to speak more about it.

Derek Murray talks to people about the impact of losing a loved one through suicide and on why it is vital that men can talk openly about mental health and help break the myth that Big Boys Don’t Cry.
