DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles is a celebrity contestant on this year's Strictly Come Dancing, he tells Michelle how training is going so far.

TV critic Scott Bryan previews tonight's National Television Awards.

And Michelle chats to actors Gray O'Brien and Abigail Thaw about new play Rebus: A Game of Malice, featuring Ian Rankin's much-loved detective, which tours Scottish theatres this month.
