People in Gwynedd will need to get planning permission to turn a house into a holiday let or a second home from now on. The local authority Cyngor Gwynedd say they鈥檝e changed the rules to tackle what it calls a 鈥渉uge housing crisis鈥�. But opponents say the change will devalue homes and make them harder to sell.
