Β£600 Shoes Ruined
Dylan’s joyriding has got him into trouble, and he is tempted again when he spots a motorbike in a car park. Nino struggles to keep his tag charged; can he avoid another breach?
Dylan is from Redcar and, at just 18, is on his third tag awaiting trial for stealing cars and dangerous driving. He’s been to prison four times for multiple offences, mostly connected to car crime, and reckons he’s arrested on a weekly basis. He dreams of turning his interest in cars into a career as a mechanic but is tempted again when he spots a motorbike in a car park.
Nino is a close friend of Dylan’s, having grown up on the same street, but at 22 and with a partner and two small children, he has more responsibilities. He is anxious to provide for his family and not let them go down the same path, but as he has breached his order multiple times, this is probably his tenth tag. He doesn’t know if he’ll keep out of jail before the trial takes place.
Christian from Nottingham is on his ninth tag. Since first appearing on Tagged: Fresh Out of Jail five years ago, he has spent most of that time in prison for aggravated burglary. Recently released and on tag for 12 months as part of the conditions of his release, he is determined to keep his freedom. But as he's a former addict with no home of his own, no job and little money, it’s tough going. Open about his ADHD and difficult childhood, Christian is channelling his energy into keeping fit and staying clean, and is trying to keep to his bail conditions.
