Anne Marie Wallace is in the chair today, hearing about the Derry born journalist and campaigner Nell McCafferty who has died. She is remembered by 麻豆约拍's Elaine Magee whose mother gave her a copy of Nell's memoir "Nell" which made Elaine want to be a journalist.
And the beautiful real life story of how a photographer met a woman by chance outside Belfast City Hall and took her picture. Chris Ward of the Instagram page Model Strangers took the photo of 70 year old Anne Flanagan in January 2024 and the photo, and accompanying video interview, went viral. Anne, a retired civil servant, who was just up the town for the day with her husband, has been signed to a model agency.
