Finucane became European champion early this year and has emerged as a standard-bearer for British women’s cycling following the retirement of five-time Olympic gold medallist Laura Kenny and an injury to Katie Archibald. In the ever-unpredictable men’s keirin, can Olympic sprint medallist Jack Carlin progress through the rounds and succeed fellow Brit Jason Kenny as champion?
