The remaining three celebrities are back for the ultimate heats showdown of the quarter-final. At stake is a place in the semi-finals and the opportunity for an adventure of a lifetime. For one star, it will be game over.

A single corker of a challenge awaits them in the dinner party round. The celebrities will need to each cook up a storm as they prepare a two-course menu for some of their peers, who have all been there, done that and worn the apron. The diners are 2020 champion Riyadh Khalaf, 2021 finalist Joe Swash and 2022 finalist Kitty Scott-Claus. These three aren鈥檛 likely to beat about the bush if the food isn鈥檛 up to scratch. If previous years are the benchmark, the offerings should be spectacular.

As always, the view of the diners will play a key part in John and Gregg鈥檚 decision. Only two celebrities will end the day with smiles on their faces as they whizz through to the semi-finals. The race for this year鈥檚 Celebrity MasterChef title is well and truly underway.
