The Franky Family splits up into three groups: one goes to the right tower to pull the lever to lower the drawbridge; one goes to the left tower; and one goes inside the courthouse. Meanwhile, Spandam, who thought that the Navy was overpowering the pirates, finally finds out the true situation. He also sees Blueno on the courthouse roof, fighting Luffy. Blueno is astonished at how Luffy's power has increased since they fought at the Galley-La mansion. Then Luffy goes into Gear Second, a new fighting method he thought of to protect his friends.
