One stormy day, Luffy and his crew sail by Foxy, Portier, and Hamburg on their tiny boat, the Little Foxy. Luffy saves them when a huge wave crashes into their ship. As they are traveling on, they run into the Sexy Foxy, which is now run by Captain Kiba of the Fanged Frog Pirates. Foxy challenges Kiba to a Davy Back Fight in order to win back his ship and crew. But Kiba fights dirty, and Foxy is about to be defeated. Luffy steps in and drives Kiba away from the ship. Foxy is seemingly grateful, but he actually wants revenge for losing the Davy Back Fight. He uses his Noro Noro Beam on Luffy and his friends and traps them inside the Sexy Foxy.
