Vernon Kay is joined by one of the most decorated athletes in British sporting history - and the most successful British Paralympian of all time - Dame Sarah Storey - she shares her favourite song choices in this omnibus edition of Tracks Of My Years.

Sarah made her Paralympic debut as a swimmer in Barcelona in 1992 aged just 14. She switched to cycling in Beijing in 2008 and won a record breaking 17th Paralympic gold in Tokyo in 2021, where the GB cycling team enjoyed their most successful Paralympic Games ever.

Sarah will become the first British athlete to compete at nine Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, where she will be looking to defend her C5 time trial and C4-5 road race titles.

She is in to talk about the campaign Super Movers For Every Body, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ, the Premier League and Paralympics GB have come together to launch a new educational initiative dedicated to supporting primary school teachers and parents to encourage their pupils and children to actively participate in inclusive activities in PE and sport.
