80s hit music maker Nik Kerhsaw chats to Michelle about 40 years of making music as his albums 'Human Racing' and 'The Riddle' celebrate their 40th anniversary with a brand new 1984 tour.

Another 80s pop icon joins Michelle - Altered Images' Clare Grogan! She chats ahead of heading to Rewind Festival this weekend in Scotland.

And Film Critic Siobhan Critic shares some films for the weekend - Thelma, and the 30th Anniversary of Forrest Gump.

Michelle hears all about Edinburgh's Usher Hall new series intimate performance films recorded throughout hidden corners of the venue called Tremolo, featuring the likes of Mercury Prize nominee Fergus McCreadie, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing's Scottish Act of the Year winner Bemz, and former song of the year winner, SILV. SILVI tells all along with Usher Hall's Karl Chapman.
