More delicious food from Paul Ainsworth, Georgina Hayden and Sabrina Ghayour. Rick Stein, Dame Mary Berry and Clive Myrie are out and about across the UK and abroad.
Getting us all in the mood for seafood is Paul Ainsworth with his celebration of Cornish produce. He rustles up a delicious brown butter plaice with steamed cockles, mussels and clams and sea vegetables, all coated in a sparkling wine butter sauce.
Georgina Hayden makes the most of the barbecue weather with harissa-roasted chicken flatbreads that she whips up for Hollywood star Dan Aykroyd before Tom Parker Bowles makes a family favourite with his spicy beef cheeks tacos.
Taking a break from the food, Carmen O’Neal brings a bounty of rum to the studio with a masterclass of rums from around the world, and, of course, our resident cocktail expert has three cocktails to showcase the different flavours on offer.
Then, Sabrina Ghayour showcases Middle Eastern food with a feast of veggie delights before we round off the show with Emma Bunton facing her food heaven, roasted sea bass with crispy courgettes, or her food hell, a grilled monkfish dog with chilli fries.
Exploring the culinary food scene across the UK and abroad this week are Rick Stein, Dame Mary Berry and Clive Myrie. Rick looks at the unique way of fishing razor clams along the Cornish coast, Dame Mary continues her camping trip with Mel Giedroyc, and Clive Myrie is in Palermo, discovering an array of street food in the bustling local market.
