As well as planting raspberries, fruit trees and climbing beans, Frances adds colour to an ornamental border and shares tips for growing herbs in containers.
Toby Buckland explores the quintessentially English gardens at Wollerton Old Hall in Shropshire. He revels in its sumptuous planting, especially the undisputed stars of the summer border, the delphinium. Rekha Mistry takes us to the Inner Temple Gardens in London.
