Theo Randall makes the most of the season's produce with an Italian classic of tagliarini with red mullet, tomatoes and olives, and Donal Skehan takes charge in the kitchen as Frederick Forster continues the seasonal theme with his roast rack of lamb with fresh potato gnocchi and pesto.
