Tasty recipes from Sabrina Ghayour, Ravinder Bhogal, Theo Randall and Frederick Forster. Also, Rick Stein, Dame Mary Berry and the Hairy Bikers are out and about across the UK.
Sabrina Ghayour fires up the grill with her flavour-packed lamb chops with garlicky, chargrilled aubergines and a spiced tomato sauce, before Ravinder Bhogal makes a vibrant hot and sour sweetcorn risotto for Hollywood legend Dan Aykroyd.
Theo Randall makes the most of the season's produce with an Italian classic of tagliarini with red mullet, tomatoes and olives, and Donal Skehan takes charge in the kitchen as Frederick Forster continues the seasonal theme with his roast rack of lamb with fresh potato gnocchi and pesto. And Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp faces his food heaven, Vietnamese prawn banh mi, or his food hell, trout two ways.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein forages for his lunch in Cornwall, Dame Mary Berry heads to Camp Bestival for a street food treat and a drumming lesson from Rick Astley, and the Hairy Bikers meet a couple from Syria who have made Yorkshire their home and set up a dairy specialising in halloumi.
