It's now 30 years since Shed Seven sprang to fame with the release of their debut album, Change Giver. Throughout the 1990's, they continued to enjoy success after success as they rode the wave of Britpop and built a reputation as one of the best live acts around. They've just released their latest studio album, A Matter of Time, their first in more than 6 years, and in November and December will be touring the UK to celebrate their 30th anniversary.

Vernon Kay talks to the band's frontman Rick Witter, and their Piano Room set features Chasing Rainbows, Talk of the Town and their take on the Duran Duran classic Planet Earth, performed with the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Concert Orchestra.
