In this episode, Dougie travels around the Isle of Skye, which is expected to attract up to one million visitors this year. Dougie finds out what effect this influx of visitors will have on the island’s environment and infrastructure. Meanwhile, Anne is on the west of Skye meeting the couple who moved to the island to pursue their passion for crofting.
Arlene is by the spectacular Cuillin Mountains, where she visits a building that has been providing a welcome refuge for climbers over the last 60 years.
And Shahbaz meets the Skye photographer who uses an early technique of capturing images that dates back to 1851.
