Andi Oliver and Helen McGinn kick off the show with Andi's sweet potato rotis with spiced fried chicken and a rundown sauce. Ken Hom has a masterclass in Chinese cookery with his mu shu pork, with an incredibly handy tip on how to slice a pepper. Genevieve Taylor rustles up a barbecue feast of treats, including harissa and halloumi skewers, a Mexican sweetcorn salad and lamb kebabs.
Philip Khoury presents his plant-based Eton messes, perfect for a summer garden party, and Jay Blades faces his food heaven, corned beef, or his food hell, rice pudding.
