Pearson Hardman spearheads a lawsuit against a petroleum company accused of operating an untapped oil well under the grounds of a high school. Under fire for causing cancer in large numbers of former pupils, the company sends in its best, slickest lawyer to face down Harvey鈥檚 offensive. It soon turns out that the two are old rivals from high school.

Meanwhile, a secret witness list is revealed to have been leaked to a rival firm, and suspicion is cast over all junior associates. But will the real culprit get caught?
