How a freezing cold dip in the Atlantic at Benone Strand just outside Limavady led a local couple to create their own take on the Hot Sauna of Scandi culture. HotBox mobile sauna is a familiar sight on the beach and has proved to be a "hot" destination for swimmers and sauna lovers alike. Owners Anna from Northern Ireland and Carl from Sweden chat to Lynette about the boom in business.
And Irish band "Picture This" call by for a live session ahead of the release of their brand new album "Parked Car Conversations".
