Ahead of her appearance at the forthcoming instalment of Unclassified Live at London’s Southbank Centre, Kate Stables - the creative force behind This Is The Kit - takes her place in the Unclassified Listening Chair to talk about a piece of music that has the power to transport her to another place.

As a musical project, This Is The Kit inhabits a very special space in today’s musical world, and has earned the love and respect of some big name artists, many of whom have become occasional collaborators as well as long-standing devotees.
