The designers head to Wales, working directly with clients for the first time as they work their magic on three Swansea cafes. The briefs vary from 'Scandi-by-the-Sea' to 'Industrial Chic' to 'Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ from Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ'. Working in pairs, they must come up with cohesive schemes to improve the ambience and dining experience, before Michelle and restaurateur Nisha Katona arrive to judge.
