As well as his own hit singles, including Relight My Fire, Instant Replay and I Can Dream About You, Dan was the songwriter and producer behind big records for artists including James Brown, Tina Turner, Holly Johnson and Loleatta Holloway.

And as Grant Stott鈥檚 Vinyl Collective celebrates its 4th birthday as a weekly Friday night fixture on 麻豆约拍 Radio Scotland, we look at the artists who share a significant birthday with the programme.
