The Sullivan Squad & Orlaith Clinton

Krysten and Lexie Sullivan from The Sullivan Squad on keeping Native American traditions alive. Journalist Orlaith Clinton on how a jelly bean is helping in her marathon training.

Mum and daughter Krysten & Lexie Sullivan from the Native American singing family The Sullivan Squad on their first trip to Ireland, keeping the Ojibwe/Ho Chunk tribal ways alive and how actor Lily Gladstone nominated for an Oscar for her role in "Killers of Flower Moon" raised in the Blackfeet reservation in Montana and her dress, designed by Gucci, is a crucial figure in opening the door for her ethnicity.
Also we spoke to journalist Orlaith Clinton back in January. She had just started training for the Moy Park Belfast City Marathon as one of 12 ambassadors going to do their first ever marathon. She is now half way through her training. We catch up with her, although we haven't even started lacing up our running shoes! Deep breath and catch up at a more leisurely pace on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sounds now!
