Northern Ireland needs hundreds of millions of pounds of extra funding, that's the claim from some ministers at Stormont. But critics have accused the executive of cowardice when it comes to tough decisions. In the studio with Stephen to debate the issue are Ben Lowry, Suzanne Breen, Kevin Meagher and Alan Stout.
A Belfast trader says the city is a mess. Is it in terminal decline or about to be rejuvenated? Stephen is joined by the local businessman Chris Suitor, who made the comments, as well as Chris McCracken, managing director of the Linen Quarter and former mayor and high sheriff of Belfast, alderman Jim Rogers.
And Nolan Live has been to a boxing club that's fighting for people's mental health.
