A celebration of Christmas from the candlelit chapel of King’s College, Cambridge, led by the dean, the Reverend Dr Stephen Cherry, with the world-renowned choir under the direction of Daniel Hyde.

Music includes Harold Darke’s setting of In the Bleak Midwinter, Sally Beamish’s In the Stillness and John Rutter's arrangement of Child in a Manager. The story of the Nativity is read by members of King’s College in the words of the King James Bible and in poems by Mary Elizabeth Coleridge, Marion Strobel, Thomas Hardy and Walter de la Mare. Congregational carols include O Come All Ye Faithful, the First Nowell and Hark! The Herald Angels Sing.
