Michelin starred chef Paul Ainsworth found his first big break at Gary Rhodes’ Michelin-starred Rhodes in the Square in Pimlico, London, in 1998. After two fulfilling years, Paul moved on to work with leading British Chef Gordon Ramsay at his eponymous, three-Michelin-starred restaurant on Royal Hospital Road. Skipping ahead to 2009, Paul and his wife Emma launched Paul Ainsworth at No6 in Padstow, Cornwall. A passionate supporter of local farmers, fishermen and artisanal producers, Paul’s fun and inventive cooking has held a Michelin star at that restaurant since 2013.

Founded by Justin Hawkins, Dan Hawkins, Frankie Poullain and Rufus Tiger Taylor, The Darkness rose to fame with their 2003 debut album Permission To Land. Twenty years later, they’ve had seven hit albums, five top ten singles and received three Brit Awards.

Accompanied by a 12 piece choir, The Darkness join Jo live from the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Maida Vale studios for festive fun and some Chrissmassy tunes.
