A special episode all about Ardnamurchan, the most westerly peninsula in the UK. Anne visits the famous lighthouse at the end of the road and walks through 6,000 years of human history at Camas nan Geall, the Bay of the Strangers.
Meanwhile, Arlene goes on a geology field trip as she ventures into the magma chamber of an extinct volcano, and Dougie discovers the internationally important Atlantic oak woods along Loch Sunart. He also meets two of the area’s newest residents and discovers why they chose to live and work in Ardnamurchan.
