Michelle Visage - singer, presenter, Drag Race judge and former Strictly star - chooses her Tracks of My Years all this week.
A woman of many talents, in the 90s Michelle sang lead vocals on a string of pop and dance hits, both as a solo artist and with R&B acts Seduction and The S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M.
Michelle first got to know RuPaul when she was a mainstay of the New York drag ball and voguing scene, and they've since worked together on a variety of tv and radio shows. She joined RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2011 as a judge and has since become a mainstay of the UK spin-off, which has just started its fifth series on Â鶹ԼÅÄ Three.
In 2015, Michelle took part on Celebrity Big Brother, and later that year she published her first book, The Diva Rules. In 2018, she made her West End debut as Miss Hedge in Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, then in 2019 came seventh in Strictly Come Dancing.
Last year, she started her own Radio 2 Friday night show, as well as launching her hugely successful podcast Rule Breakers.
Vernon also has the mid-morning music quiz Ten to the Top, a brand new Record and Album of the Week, and we go diving into the archives for Vernon's Vault.
Whatever you're up to, Vern wants to hear from you: email vernon@bbc.co.uk - and if you’d like to apply to take part in Ten to the Top, the address you need is tentothetop@bbc.co.uk.
