TV critic Emma Bullimore reviews the latest releases: the new series of Bake Off, Boiling Point, Taskmaster, the new David Beckham documentary and the final series of Sex Education

For the Radio 2 Culture Club, Jo chats to TV critic Emma Bullimore about the latest TV releases you won’t want to miss, including Bake Off, Boiling Point, the David Beckham documentary, and the final series of Sex Education.

ITV's latest drama The Long Shadow began on Monday and has a star-studded cast that includes Toby Jones, David Morrissey, and Katherine Kelly. It tells the story of the Jack the Ripper manhunt.

The evenings are getting darker, and the new season of the Great British Bake Off is here! It starts tonight on Channel 4, and the team will be joined by a new host - the amazing Alison Hammond. Taskmaster is also back on Channel 4 on Thursdays.

Over on the streamers, a new Netflix four-part documentary is coming out this week on David Beckham. It will showcase Beckham's life and career.

And the fourth and final series of Sex Education just dropped on Netflix. The entire box set is available, so you still have a chance to catch up and see the story to the finish.
